Terms of sale

What you are buying. A Google Sheets template and the Apps Script that runs it, plus the setup work described in your tier. It runs in your own Google account. You own your copy and your data. I never see your client list unless you show it to me.

What it needs. A Time To Pet account, a Google account, and a Google Maps API key you create. Route Companion stays inside Google's free monthly allowance unless you set a Monthly Google Budget in its Settings, and then Google bills you directly.

What it does not do. It does not write to your Time To Pet account, take payments, message your clients, or replace your scheduling software. It reads what you export or paste, and your nightly Time To Pet backup if you connect Dropbox, and tells you what it would change.

Support. Email me at info@everjade.store. I answer myself, usually the same day. Setup help is included in your tier. If you break something later I will still help, because I would rather it worked.

Updates. When I improve Route Companion, your route page says so. After a one-time switch-on (about 15 minutes, in the setup guide), you install each new version with one press; your data is not touched and the previous version is kept in case you want it back. Nothing is forced, and nothing stops working if you never install one.

Sharing it. Your purchase covers your business. DIY covers every Time To Pet account you run. Concierge and Implementation cover one Time To Pet account, plus each extra account you pay for (Concierge +$299, Implementation +$499). Please do not pass the files to another company. This is one person's work, priced for one business.
