Refunds

DIY Setup. Route Companion is a one-time purchase. Once you have the template, you can make a copy that is yours to keep, so DIY has no refunds after purchase. Please try the demo first.

Concierge and Implementation. If you have bought Concierge or Implementation and I have not started building yet, tell me and I will give you a full refund, Implementation's deposit included.

If it is not working out. If it is genuinely not working out for you in the first couple of weeks, email me. With DIY that means I help you get it working (it is not a refund); with Concierge and Implementation we sort it out together. I want you to actually like this.

Bugs. If a bug stops Route Companion from planning your day, email me. Those go to the front of the line: I reply within two working days, and you install the fix with the Update now button on your route page (once updates are turned on, in the setup guide). Your schedule is never at risk, because Time To Pet still holds every visit.
